1. Free-play only — no real money
SaskatoonFjord is a free-to-play social simulation game. No money is staked or stakeed at any point during play. No money can be won. The credits displayed within the game are a scoring mechanic only — they have no monetary value, cannot be converted to currency, and cannot be transferred out of the game in any form.
The persistent multiplier displayed during a play session is a game mechanic that affects the displayed score. It does not represent a financial instrument, a right to any payment, or an obligation on SaskatoonFjord's part to provide any compensation. A multiplier of 500x applied to 10,000 credits is still 0 dollars.
2. Age restriction — 18 years and older only
Use of SaskatoonFjord is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By proceeding past the age gate, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access entertainment products that simulate the visual format of real-money gaming.

Because SaskatoonFjord involves no real money, the potential for financial harm from the game itself is zero.
